Kirstie

Kirstie is a fully qualified remedial therapist. Her massages focus on trigger point releases and working on the body as a whole, with a wide range of techniques. Kirstie spent 8+ years as an elite athlete and coach in gymnastics and cheerleading. She uses this knowledge to provide stretches and exercises to support clients between treatments. Kirstie is qualified to perform pregnancy, sport, deep tissue, relaxation and remedial massage.
