Raquel is a fully qualified Remedial Therapist with years of experience in the massage industry, and enjoys working with clients who suffer from chronic pain and stress. She has built up a strong skill set in massage techniques that include Swedish, Deep tissue, Myofascial cupping, and Pregnancy. Raquel likes to work in a holistic manner to help align the mind and body to help clients leave a treatment feeling like they have taken the first steps in optimising physical health and giving them the knowledge to continue the journey of recovery.
