
Align – Hatha (suitable all levels)
Align/Hatha includes classic yoga asana (postures), breath work and gentle movements to build strength and flexibility. This class is generally slower paced than our flow class, allowing time to workshop postures. Each class will focus on a blend of standing and seated poses that are suitable for all levels. When we feel out of alignment within our bodies and within ourselves, we are unable to function at full capacity. This practice is about honouring the spaces within us that are calling out of more. We utilise props to maximise your experience whilst seeking favourable alignment for your body.
Flow – Vinyasa (suitable all levels)
When we find ourselves in a flow state, our entire being meets in union, in Yoga. Our Vinyasa style flow class will invite you to explore and link movement and breath. This union provides a moving meditation for your body and mind, like the ebbs and flows of the ocean. Flow is an uplifting and energic class which, though breath practices (Pranayama) and postures (Asana), is designed to excite, enliven and evoke every cell of your body. This class is suitable for all levels, beginner yogis are welcomed and encouraged. Our highly trained teachers offer modifications inviting you to listen to your body and allowing each student to find their yoga. More advanced options are available for the intermediate and advanced students.
Restore (suitable all levels)
Restore honours the balance within ourselves. Providing a mindful and heart centred space in which we find stillness. Restorative yoga is a very gentle yoga practice using quiet, supported poses to restore energy, reduce stress and soothe the mind. Each posture is practiced with props and blankets to support your body enabling a complete surrender and relaxation at a deep level. When we honour our bodies call and make space we are able to Restore ourselves to the greatest of strengths.
Yin (suitable all levels)
Yin Yoga is a gentle and passive practice which involves fewer poses, longer holds and an emphasis on stillness. It works to stimulate the deeper connective tissues and fascial system within the body, helping to increase circulation, improve flexibilty and enhance our natural range of motion. Our specially trained yin yoga teachers talk you through the art of attentiveness and awareness, helping you to find an introrespective and meditative state. It is perfect if you are seeking to slow down, reduce stress and support your nervous system. This class is suitable for all levels, with our teachers inviting you to honour your body with the use of appropriate props to find the correct support and release just for you.
Renew – Back to Basics
Getting started is usually the biggest challenge and often we don’t know where to begin…. Renew is a fresh start. Bringing it back to the basics of Yoga with a foundational style of practice that teaches alignment and breath – A Perfect Beginners class. Renew is a path that creates strong foundations and gives us something to come back home to. Whether you are new to Yoga or there’s been space between practice for you, finding your foundations paves the way for you to Renew.
Yoga 4 Youth – Girls 11 – 16 year old
Explore yoga in a way that gives you the tools to embody self acceptance, courage and empowerment. The modern day culture can be challenging for a lot of youth but with yogic philosophy as a back bone to pave a gentle but profound path to empower your everyday and embrace your true self. Participants will improve their self esteem and confidence, build self-belief and inner strength, improve their health and body-image and many more essential tools to live happier, healthier and inspiring lives. (Suited for Ages 11 – 16)
Pilates

Guided Meditation
A guided meditation class offers you a place to disconnect and release from the worlds hustle and take time out for yourself. To breathe, To create awareness, take you back to a calm state of mind, relax and acceptance.
