Naho Kazami

In the past Naho had given up on a competitive sport she loved due to struggling with injuries. That was the turning point of hers wanting to understand musculoskeletal structure.

She also has a passion for a work-related injuries, and disfunctions from some of the repetitive movements in everyday life. She can relate and has experienced herself working in an environment of constant repetitive movements and heavy lifting, etc.

She believes that we are all capable of listening, nurturing and maintaining our bodies to increase better performance in sports and daily life.

She loves to assist people to sustain their own bodies to function better for healthy living and not having to stop something they love, giving them the best outcome in life.

Naomi Underwood

Naomi is a Remedial Therapist with a passion for sports massage and a history as a relaxation therapist.

This means that as a therapist while her approach is smooth, her work is specific, so that she can tailor your treatments to suit your needs.

Her massages usually involve a combination of deep tissue, trigger point, PNF, stretching, sports massage and relaxation.

Nigora Kuminova

Nigora has been working as a remedial massage therapist for 5 years. She completed a Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy at the Australian Institute of Fitness. She is trained in deep tissue massage, sport massage, pregnancy massage, stretching techniques, trigger point, myofascial release, and relaxation.

She has had the great honour of working with many professional athletes and teams in AFL, NRL, basketball, cricket and soccer.

During her massages you can expect a firm pressure with trigger point work, myofascial release therapy, mobilisation and stretching.
She is passionate about helping clients relieve their sore muscles, unlock myofascial restriction and improve mobility through massage therapy.

Beyond work she enjoys running and aquatic therapy.

Emily Craig

A very experienced and well respected Remedial therapist, Emily has been nuturing clients bodies for over 6 years now.

Loving all aspects of what massage can offer the human body, Emily ensures you receive a the best massage possible in achieving the results and outcome your looking forward with her vast array of skills.

 

Kisani Hutton

Kisani is a qualified Remedial therapist who is extremely passionate about helping people find relief from aches and pains.

She particularly enjoys sports massage so that she can help athletes in achieving and feeling their best. She generally uses techniques such as soft tissue release, deep tissue, trigger point and cupping.

Kayla Baxter

When it comes to focus, ambitious and motivated Kayla has them by the bucket load.

From a young age she knew she wanted to help people feel their best and the anatomy of the body function really intrigued her so becoming a Remedial Massage Therapist was an easy decision.

Kayla, loves all things sport and manages to fit into her busy schedule when not massaging to also be a Zumba Instructor or hitting the gym for some  weight training.

She has been a massage therapist for 2 years and completed her qualification at the Australian Institute of Fitness.  Most recently has also had the opportunity in working with professional athletes in NBL. Enjoys remedial massage, sports massage along with using trigger point and cupping to improve her clients wellbeing. Her ultimate goal is to have her clients moving freely and feeling great.

 

Samuel Sakakibara

In 2006 Samuel qualified as a remedial massage therapist and is now also studying to be a Chiropractor. He has a great passion for all things related to sport, with particular interest in musculoskeletal conditions….

Bianca Cathery

Bianca has worked previously in Destination & Day Spas, Healing Centres and alongside Osteopaths in a clinic.

She Specializes in Pregnancy & Hot Stone Massage, likes to say that her job is actually a muscle negotiator as she believes massage doesn’t have to be all about hard and heavy. She finds it’s about finding the right techniques that give your muscles a chance to release and create an equilibrium within your body.
