Leila is a qualified Remedial massage therapist with a keen interest in alternative holistic modalities.

Since childhood Leila has felt a strong connection to the natural world, dedicating years to understanding and working with Crystals and Energetic/vibrational Healing yet also felt drawn to the importance of incorporating the knowledge of human anatomy and bodywork techniques to provide a grounded framework for holistic care.

Each session is tailored to the individual, comfort and their needs. Offering myofascial, deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point, stretching and cupping. She is also available to provide Hot Stone therapy, pregnancy and Indian Head Massage. Leila provides a nurturing and supportive approach to her work. A strong intention for clients to feel empowered in being part of their own healing process with effective results.
